How does Vodafone together work? ›

Vodafone Together customers will get a home broadband discount and can get 30% off additional lines, but you cannot combine these with any other promotional offers or discounts. How long do the discounts and rewards last? The broadband discount and 30% additional SIM discount last for the duration of the contract.

If you have an active Home Broadband plan (purchased on or after the 3rd July 2019) and an active eligible Pay Monthly Plan (as defined in Table 1 below), you are a “Vodafone Together” customer and will be eligible for a Vodafone Together discount (“Discount”) on your Home Broadband plan.

Both providers use the Openreach network – which, incidentally, is owned by BT – to provide their services.

Full fibre

On the day of installation our engineers will run a cable from a nearby street cabinet to your home. In some cases, they'll need to dig a route through your garden or driveway to install a fibre wire – they'll always talk to you before this happens.

While the basic TV plan allows you to utilize their service on only a single TV, with multiroom, you are able to purchase extra set-top boxes for installation in other rooms. By taking out this service, you can effectively take your TV shows with you, be it to the kitchen, dining room or bedroom.

The bundle has a validity of 2days – weekend only (Saturday 00:01am –Sunday 11:59pm). The unlimited data will be prioritized for usage during this period (weekend) over the core bundle and then any rollover data the customer might have on their account.

Data limits, fair usage and traffic management

All broadband from Vodafone is truly unlimited. There's no usage cap or limit on how much you can use and download.
